There’s something that I always found a bit magical about a heart shaped lock,I think that it is the idea that your heart is the key to everything and that following your heart is really important.
These earrings are designed to be a daily reminder that it’s so important to do the things that make your heart happy.
You can also choose to take the hearts off the hoop and wear them on a chain when you don’t want to wear the earrings-a fun versatile piece of jewellery.
Each piece begins as a block of wax, carefully carved by my hands with intention before being transformed through the ancient lost-wax casting process into solid sterling silver. Every detail is shaped slowly, allowing the design to evolve as much through intuition as craftsmanship. Cast to last and finished by hand, these are heirloom pieces made to be worn, weathered, and treasured for lifetimes. Forged with a little magic and a lot of care, they are created to carry both beauty and meaning long after they leave my hands. These pendants are hand finished to have a slightly weathered feel- like treasure dug up from the ground. I love keeping these signs of the handmade process as a part of the finished piece.
Hearts measure approx 15×31mm and come on Platinum plated Sterling Silver hoops that measure 21mm. When being worn they have a total 50mm drop from top to bottom including hoop.
